As a Senior Project Manager, you will utilize your expertise to manage all aspects of Site Development Projects while working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with business development efforts and pursuit planning.
• Providing technical oversight and review of project activities.
• Managing staff, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-estimating of projects.
• Reviewing client service needs and contracts.
• Acting as client advocate while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Business development and client meetings.
• Managing client communications.
• Attend meetings with clients and jurisdictions, some travel may be required.
• Manage team coordination and correspondence including project schedules and deadlines.
• Constructively contributes to a team environment with an active desire to learn.
• Manage land development projects using Autodesk Civil 3D.

To be considered for this position, you must have

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Professional registration as a Civil Engineer in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of six (6) years civil engineering experience with private development, facilities, infrastructure, and public works design.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline engineering projects, clients, and staff; set fees and negotiate contracts including - prepare and deliver presentations; write proposals; respond to RFP’s and RFQ’s, and project invoicing.
• Prior experience delivering projects for private developers in Central Texas and surrounding municipalities, agencies, and institutions.
• Expert technical knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, and procedures in Stormwater Management and Pond Design, Water and Wastewater Utility Design, Grading and Drainage, and Site Planning.
